Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hooligans! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • In periods of high volume, order processing may take up to [longer number] business days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. In-Store Pickup

  • In-Store Pickup: You can choose free in-store pickup at 4537 S Power Rd Unit D107, Mesa, Arizona 85212 . Orders are typically ready within 1-3 business days and you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

4. International Shipping

  • We do NOT offer international shipping at this time

5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. 

  • You can track your order on the carrier's website 

6. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Hooligans Coffeehouse is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or apartment office. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at adam@hooliganscoffeehouse.com for assistance.
